Fixed-scope projects are quoted at a fixed price against a written scope document produced during discovery. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer of reserved senior engineering time. You will not receive an invoice you have not already agreed to.
Senior engineers. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, so there is no account-management layer between you and the people doing the work.
Yes. Ownership of deliverables transfers to you on full payment. We retain only our own pre-existing tools and libraries, and general know-how.
Frequently. We do takeover work, technical due diligence, architecture review, and rescue of projects that stalled with another team. You will get an honest assessment before we quote.
Discovery can usually begin within one to two weeks. We deliberately take on fewer engagements than we could, so available capacity is real rather than promised.
Yes. We work with teams across time zones and are set up for asynchronous delivery, with overlap hours agreed at the start of the engagement.
