So, Apple WWDC’22 event just ended and it was both of software and hardware event, we already seen multiple leaks from @LukeMiani and @FrontPageTech. Here are the key hightlights from my side:
- The funnies WWDC line “2 Type C ports to connect various accessories.”
- It took them too much time, but finally a customizable lock screen
- So they will be killing @aftership soon with Apple Wallet Shipment Tracking.
- Apple Gaming, they have best hardware to provide the highest FPS, except for major gaming partners… Lets see if they get any other big gaming titles to port.
- iPhone as WebCam, nice this is good, the only concern was that it was not locked to Facecam app. Third Party apps can use it.
- They remembered they mail Apple Mail also..
- Desk View is awesome if the camera position was same as shown in demo, but still it is mind blowing….
- Stage Manager on iPad is super useful, on mac not sure.
- The new CarPlay looks awesome.. just need an Apple Car with too much wide screen.
- Fitness app is basically clone of @Google Fit app.
- MacBook are great, the the best thing is MagSafe is backkk, the only concern is they should kill the 8gb variant and start with atleast 16gb base model.
